  6. estate group to batch vendor payments through one checkbook. It provides for
  7. total control of all disbursements through various control sheets and
  8. transaction listings. The system also tracks vendor usage history, checks usage
  9. by date, and provides a check register. Monthly reports include transaction
  10. listing and accounts summaries. It gives today's manager total control over
  11. regular business expenses, the payment of vendor invoices, and when used with
  12. the QDS Job Costing System, provides control over specific job material costs.
  13. In addition, the Accounters ╤ Accounts Payable System interfaces directly with
  14. the General Ledger system, providing one less manual transfer of information
  15. and one less place for errors to occur.
